Nutritional Cleansing for Better Golf Performance

For many centuries it has always been known that cleansing the body is vital for maintaining great health and quality of life. You only have the one body and wouldn’t you like it to last a lifetime….. ( a long lifetime)? I know that is my mission with my body.

What makes us sick in the first place? Why do we feel tired and worn out so much? Is it toxins in our environment and then in our bodies? I believe it is!

Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? That was me I was tired all the time even living my active lifestyle of teaching golf, teaching tennis and training my butt off at the gym. But always exhausted.

So what did I do about it?

I felt revitalized, rejunevated, vibrant and that boxy body I was starting to develop, no matter how much training I did in the gym, well it transformed my body shape.
