Today we are going to perform a warm-up drill for your golf swing.
This drill you should definitely use before you even think about doing a full swing. It will help you warm-up your golfing muscles and your timing for your golf swing.
This drill you can perform in the practice nets if you don’t have access to a driving range, but I will stress to you that you should really do this before you play.
Not only is this drill great for warming up but it also gets you to understand what role your body plays in the swing motion. That’s what I really like about this drill, it is simple to do but if you are hitting the ball well in this drill, when you put your feet apart you should really be doing the same movements. That’s a clue right there!
