#31 Web TV: How to Turn in Your Golf Swing

This week’s tip is all about getting the the use of your left hip in your golf swing.

Why share this tip?

It’s because that most golfers don’t use the hips enough in the swing because they don’t turn their body through the swing. Therefore, we want to make sure that you are turning through your shot so you are taking the emphasis off the arms and you are using the body.

So what is the best way to do this, a simple way?

Check out the video tip above .

I love your tips and try to use them.. Golf has definitely improved. I bought the Nine O’clock swing machine.
Its a great tool, but I dont seem to have the time/motivation to use it twice or even once a day.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks again

Hi Ginny, fantastic news, I am so happy you are using my tips. I have kept them simple so people can use them and improve. We want to enjoy the golfing experience. With the nine o’clock trainer, just get it out and put it somewhere that is can stay set-up. Then go over to it just for 5 mins and check out your nine o’clock position with your club. Do it 10 times to make sure it’s in position. Then do 10, only left arm back to nine o’clock positions (assuming you are right handed) make sure the toe of the club is touching the rubber end at the nine o’clock position. That will help working on the strength of your left arm. Do that each day for 7 days starting from now. I want you to report back to me saying you have done the session each day. Will only take 5 minutes, what’s five minutes out of your day when you have 1,440 minutes in the day. Looking forward to your daily report of practice of 5 minutes. Cheers Tiff ๐Ÿ™‚
