#19 Web TV: Chipping Drill in Your Backyard

This week’s tip I want to share with you a really important chipping drill.

Too often I see golfers practice their chipping and they are struggling constantly getting a consistent shot. There is a reason for this….

I won’t explain it in detail here but you will see it on the video.

I will give you a clue though….. it has something to do with flicking the wrist.

Watch the video I share with you today that will really give you something to work on and you can practice this chipping drill in your backyard.

    Hi Tiff,

    I am really looking forward to your weekly tips. It is very helpful to be reminded abut the straight wrist and left arm , as both tend to break down at times of anxiety !!

      Hi Beate, yes you know a lot of people have the same problem with their chipping stroke. There is more to it than just the left arm and wrist straight but makes so much more difference if you keep them in position right through the stroke. Yes have a bit of space in the backyard which is cool! 🙂

    Good video. I don’t break my wrist but I haven’t kept it straight either so the one arm drill will be very helpful.
