This week’s tip I want to share with you a few really essential exercises that will improve your stablity and strength in your golf swing.
Not only do you need to practice your swing but you also need to make sure you work on strength of your core and improve your balance as you need both of these in the shots that you play on the golf course.
These exercises will assist in maintaining your positions through the golf swing but remember these are only a few examples of what you need to do. They are not the be all and end all….
If you work on these exercises solidly for the next month….. you will notice a difference in your stablity but… if you give yourself 3 months of solid work then that is when you will really feel much more stable.
Remember this is only the beginning…
