#14 Web TV: Celebrate 2012

Well we have survived and have now made it to 2013!


What a wonderful 2012 we have had!

Some of you maybe relieved that 2012 is over as there has been challenges for you or perhaps you have had such a great year you want 2013 to be so so much better?

Well, I have put something together so you can look back at achievements made over the past year.

So the tip I have for you today is how to celebrate your achievements other than just having a party like we all do to bring in the New Year!

    Hi Tiffany,

    thank you for your ideas again. They are all very helpful and I think my putting has improved a lot since I started lining up my ball and doing a practice swing from behind the ball. I was very interested in your comment on the advantage of doing weight training, which I don’t do yet. So you think that will help in hitting longer ? Than I will go to the gym too! Have been doing a few push ups each morning to see whether that makes a difference I like your idea of celebrating the last year

      Hi Beate
      Happy New Year! That is fantastic news to hear that your putting is improving. Great Stuff!

      I have always done weight training, I love keeping strong and fit. However I have noticed in the last 12 months how my strength has had a dramatic improvement with not only distance off the tee but also proper nutrition. I have alway eaten the right foods but have a few extra things that have made a big difference.

      Personally I believe that weight training is used in golf not just for fitness & strength but also used to help your body maintain the right positions throughout your shots. THat should be the most important first and then in time it will help with distance. I hear and read that the quicker the club headspeed the further the ball will go and yes I agree with that to a point but if you can’t maintain positions through your shots then quicker clubhead speed is just going to affect your rhythm and feel for the ball.

      Would love to hear Beate when you put your Celebration Board together. Tiff 🙂
